The hearing of the charge against th© three Chishoun. brothers of an aggravated assault on Patrick Gormley was concluded at the Supreme Court to-day, when the jury returned a verdict of guilty. The defence consisted' of a denial of the whole facts as set forth by the prosecution, and m passing sentence Mr Justice Benniston said that by convicting the accused of the assault the jury found them guilty of perjury.
