Per Press Association. —Copyright. WASHINGTON, February 18. The Senate Committee at Washington urged President Roosevelt, m the exercise of his discretion, to keep onehalf the navy m the Pacific. Senator Hall rlemarked that the United States navy cost 27£ millions sterling m 1909, and the amount would be 32 millions next year, and probably 40 millions m 1911.
