THE DAVIS CUP.
(Received February 19, 9.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, February 19. The English Tennis Association has challenged Australasia to play for the Davis Cup; but nothing is officially known regarding America's intentions m the matter. It is understood that England intends to make a strong effort to have the preliminary tie "played at- Wimblcton.
