LONDON, February 3. King Edward has directed a month s mourning to be observed at Court, and cancelled the visits to Copenhagen and Christiania. . The Archbishop of Westminster, preaching at Chelsea, made sympathetic reference to the tragedy. Prayers for the souls of the dead were offered up in all Catholic churches. Sympathy is especially keen in Catholic countries.
