FARMERS' FROZEN MEAT COMPANY.
GISBORNE, November 30,
The annual meeting of the Gisbome Sheep-farmers' Frozen Meat Company was held to-day, when tho retiring directors were re-elected.- It was resolved that a dividend of 6 per cent per annum be paid on all ordinary shares, find a bonus of threepence per sheep. The chairman's'address referred tp tlig unsettled cr»nc}i!,ion of t]ie world's commorco, mid stated that it would ( be necessary to exercise great caution during the coming year. Incidentally ho mentioned that the local export of frozen meat during the past year had been a record.
