Pearse; on account of Mr J. Nevill, 8 acres at Milford L. I. P., to Mr John Seeler; on account of Mrs A. C. Wigley, .802 acres at "Opuha", Pleasant Point, to T. and G. Talbot; on account of Mr George Borrell, 300 acres at Rangitata, to Mr Jeremiah Connolly Jr.; and on account of Mr F., R. Flatman Jr., section with residence, at Goraldine, to Mr Montgomery.
