Proportions.—2 oz Paris green, 2 lb fresh roche (quick) lime, 2 lb sulphate of copper, 25 gallon of water. Proparatipn—Dissolve the sulphate ■of copper in 12$ gallons of water; in a separate vessel slake the lime slowly and make up to 12* gallons of waterstrain this lime into the solution of copper, stirring briskly; mix the 2 oz lam green with about 2 oz sifted lime, dry; add sufficient water to make a paste, and mix this paste thoroughly with the Bordeaux mixture
