Messrs Dalgety and Company," Ltd., have received the following message from London, under date November 28: "The demand for frozen lamb continues, and prices are very firm. Prices for mutto nare very firm. Prices for beef are firm. We quote New Zealand prime crossbred lamb, Canterbury, heavy, o\d, light s{jd; crossbred mutton, Canterbury, heavy 3-Jd, light 4£d; North Island, heavy 3Jd, light 31d; ox beef forequarters 2|d, hindquarters 3|d. Australian mutton, heavy weights over 501b, crossbred or merino wethers, 2Jd to 2Jd; prime Australian lamb, 321b to 401b, 4d to sd. River Plate frozen mutton, 3d to 3£d."
Messrs Dalgety and Company, Ltd., have received the following cable message from their London office under date November 28: "The butter market is firm. Copenhagen official quotation is unchanged. Total butter imports into the United Kingdom for week ending November 23 totalled 70,0G0cwt, as compared with 67,U00cwt for the same period "last year. We quote finest quality 118s, unsalted 110s. Since our last telegram prices of rabbit skins in general are lower by id." " '
