CERISTCHURCH, August 12. The New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club's meeting was commenced on Saturday in miserable weather. There was "a fair attendance. The totalisator investments amounted to £6363 10s, as compared with £6223 on the first day of last year's meeting. The following are results : .
