STAFF CHANGES. WELLINGTON, August 9. The following changes in the Post »nd Telegraph Department are announced: J. G. Bollard, chief officer at Dunedin, to be inspector of telegraph offices: H. Seager, officer-m----c! arge of telegraph office, Auckland, to be officer-in-charge at Dunedin; C. Hawk, assistant-inspector of telegraph offices', to be officer-in-charge at the Auckland telegraph office; C. Hill, as-sistant-offieer-in-charge ut Dunedin, to be postmaster at Hawera; A. J. Talbot, senior check-clerk at Dunedin, to he assistant-officer-in charge at Dunedin ; W. T. Scully, senior check-clerk at Christchurch, to be assistant-officer-in-charge at Auckland, in place of Mr Houlihan, transferred to ("sborne; C. 'I revreck, second si'inor chock-dork Christchurch, to fill the vacancy caused by Mr Scully's promotion.
