COMPLAINTS BY BRITISH INDIANS.
(Received August 10, 8.43 a.mi) - CAPETOWN, August 9. The British Indians have complained to the Colonial Secretary of Cape Colony respecting the municipal regulations at East London, which include the curfew restriction, the ejection of Indians from the footpaths, and insistence on their ability to speak a European language.
