HOME RULE FAR OFF
(Received August 9, 8.24 a.m.) LONDON, August 8. Sir Thomas Esmonde, speaking at Wexford, said that the Parliamentary party's game was up, and some change in their plans was required. c Rule was as far off as it was m 1880, and the National cause had very seriously retrogressed.
