PRESS COMMENTS.

(Received July 29, 11.20 a.m.) BRISBANE, July 29. The Courier, commenting on Saturday's game, says that considering the New Zealanders played two men short, they_ played a game of which they can feel justly proud. • The Daily Mail says that the Queenslanders are to be congratulated on the excellent fight made in the second spell, and had they played with similar dash in the opening stage they would have been nearer to their opponents' score* at the finish; but it must be remembered that in losing two men New Zealand was greatly handicapped. They are to be complimented on the plucky finish of their thirteen men.
