Aa an outcome of the aooident which occurred in the city on the 17th of December, and which resulted in the death of 'Mrs Kensington, who was knocked down by a fir« engine, Win Stephen O'Brien, Deputy Superintendent of the Fire Brigade, and Palmer Otto Kpry, driver of the engine, were charged at tbe Police Court t >day with reckless driving, and with the manslaughter of. Mrs Kermngton.
