Received Nov. 13, 6.44 a.m. London. Nov 12 Orders, aggregating nearly a million m value, for the armament of three Dreadnoughts for delivery within two years, have been given to J. Brown and Company, Cammell Laird's, and Tickers, Sons and Maxim. The remainder, over half a million, go to Sir W. G. Armstrong and William Beardmore.
