United Press Association —By Electric . Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Oct 21, 9.31 a.m. Sydney, Oct 21 Trafalgar day was celebrated yesterday in Queensland, South Australia, and Tasmania, and is to be celebrated in Now South Wales to-day. Special sermons will be preached to-morrow.

Nelson, Oct 21 The Trafalgar Centenary was enthusiastically celebrated in spite of the unpropituous weather. The city was gaily decorated, and the Governor was received with many addresses, and a procession of friendly Booieties, the military, the fire brigade, and children. The chief forenoon function was the laying of the foundation 6tone of the new Boya' College replacing the one burnt down last year. The cost will be £25,000. In the afternoon there were military sports, s review of the troop?, and patriotic addressee in Trafalgar Park, and in the evening illuminations, a fire brigade demonstration, and torchlight procession.
