Bomb Outrage in Constantinople.

CTnited Press Association—By Mleotrio Telegraph—Copy right Constantinople, July 22 As the Sultan was leaving the Eoyal Mosque, after his daily visit, a bomb burst in the courtyard. The Sultan had a narrow escape, and several of his suite were killed or wounded. Keceived July 24,8.23 a.m.

Constantinoplb July 23 The bomb killed twenty-four and wounded 27, mostly soldiers lining the route. The Sultan was entering his earrings at the time of the explosion. Several waiting carriages were smashed to atoms. Two Bulgarians have been arrested. Other accounts suggest the existence of a. subterranean mine controlled by clockwork.
