The evening train Ashburton to Timaru will start at 5.35 p.m., and leave Tinwald 5.44-, Winslow 5.57, Hinds 6.20, Rangitata 5.6, arrive Timaru 8.50 p.m. The eveniDg train from Ashburton to Springburn will start at G.O p.m. and arrive SpriDgburn 8.0 p.m. The evening train from Timaru to Ashburton will start at 5.30 p.m., and leave Rangitata 7.4, Hinds 7.45, Winslow 8.4, Tinwald 8.17, Ashburton arrive 8.25 p.m. A train wili leave Rakaia for Methven at 10.10 a.m. A train will leave Methven for Rakaia at 6.15 p.m., connecting at Rakaia with evening train for Ashburton and express train for Christchurch'. The evening train from Christchurch for Ashburton and Methven will start at 5.40 p.m., and leave Rakaia 7.45, Chertsey 8.4, arriving Ashburton 8.35, and Methven 9.15 p.m. TUESDAY, JAN. 3rd. The morning train Ashburton to Timaru will leave at 7.10 a.m., and run aa on 2nd. The evening train Timaru to Ashburton will start at 5.20 p.m., and leßve Rangitata 6.53, Hinds 7.35, Winslow 7.53 Tinwald 8.7, arrive Ashburton 8.15 p.m. Night Train leaves Christchurch for Dunedin at 9.0 p.m., and Dunodin for Christchurch at 8.50 p.m. No 6oods traffic on January 2nd.
