Eilers, a produce merchant at Waterlane, has failed. His liabilities are expected to reach £33,869. Store. Buenos Ayres, Deo. 27 A large wool store at Buenos Ayres has been burnt, and heavy losses have resulted. Six s i«tpeoted incendiaries have b<?en arrested.
