SALVATION ARMY.
The services conducted at the Salvation Artny Barracks both an Saturday and Sunday'were'of a specially attractive character, and the meetings were largely attended, visitors attending from Ch'ristchurch, Brisbane and elsewhere. On Sunday morning Adjutant Gray spoke on the birth of Christ, while afc the evening service Mrs Gray delivered an address on the advent of Christ. After the evening service., the band, accompanied by other members of the Army, dro^e to Longbeach and played appropriate musical selections.
