Now Believed to be Useless.

Eeceived Dec. 24, 9.6 a.m. Sydney, Dec. 23 A cable has been received by the Japanese Consul stating that the " Sevastopol's" netting was torpedoed eight times and her hull at least once. It is believed she cannot possibly recover her navigability under the circumstances at present, existing at Port Arthur.
