There was a large entry of pigs at Mr Henry Stophonson's saleyards on Saturday, and prices were well maintained. The following are prices : —Woaners, 10s, 10s 9d, 11s 6d, up tol4sj storns, lGs, 17s, 18s Gd, 19s;. porkers, 27s 6d, 28s fid, 30a 6d, to 3ls 6dj larger pigs, 395. Cows, .£5 17s 6d. Poultry—A large entry. Fowls 2s, 2s 4d, 2s 6d per pair; roosters, up to 3s 9d par pair; ducks, 3s, to 3s 6d per pair. Produce —Potatoes, a slow sale, 3s to 5s per sack. Chickwheat 8s to 10s per bag. Onions -$d and Id per Ib. A large quantity of furniture and sundries were cleared at good prices, including a dray at .£8 12s 6d.
