Russians Evacuate Dalny

London, Feb. 27

Mr Bennett Burleigh, who is at Shanghai states that a hundred thousand troops, with light stores and field guns will be embarked at Nagasaki for Wiju in a fortnight. Wiju will in future be the Japanese headquarters, Eighty thousand troopa are already there, and more aye embarking;. Somo have gone to the vicinity of Dalny. Mr Burleigh adds that the Bassians are evacuating Dalny, but will defend Port Arthur, taking the rest of the troops to the Yalu, and thence, if pressed, to Harbin. They boast of having mined Dalny breakwater, wharves and railway sidings to prevent their use by the Japanese.
