Bezobrazoff, by the following Paris telegram appearing in a London paper to hand yesterday j— The " Temps " says it is in a position to confirm the disgrace of M. Bezobrazoff, Seoretary of Statc^, who, with Admiral
Alexieff, has been a most active partisan o f war with Japan. M. Bezobrazot? was introduced to the Czar by the Graud Duke Alexander Michnfloviteb, and for a wlii * enjoyed tho cmfideuco of his Majusty. Latterly, however, both the Czar and the Grnnd Dulto hivo taken great exception t< his views on the Far Eastern situation. The Grand Duke was particularly annoyed that an official who owed his position hi Court entirely to him, should take advantage of it to endeavour to involve Russia io war. The Grand Duke spoke to the C ar on the subject, anil found him in complete agreement with him, and M. .Ut-zobrazi'fi was consequently given to understand thai his advice was do longer appreciated. He. therefore applied for leave to absent himself abroad.
