Mr Okura, a millionaire of Tokio, has offered to sell his unique Chinese and Japanese art collection for ,£200,000 star" ling, in aid of the war fund.
Six hundred Russian cavalarymen are at Sunchin, south'east of Auju. The Russians have contributed a million and a quarter sterling in aid of the Navy, and a million aud a half in aid of the Red Cross Society. The British steamer ChingpriDg, on arriving at Weihaiwei, complained of the Russians, near Dalny, hitting her in seven places on the water line.
