Christchurch Grain Market.

(From our own correspondent.) Christchurch, Oct. 30 The local wheat market is unaltered eince last report. Millers are apparently ready ro buy at 3s 6d per bushel for Hunters and Tuscan, but as those farmers who are desirous of realising on their stocks demand from 3s 7d to 3s 8d little business accrues. Pearl appears to hold its price well, and 300 bushels changed hands., the other day at 4s per bushel at a country station. There is no improvement to record in the local oat market, although it is not anticipated that prices will recede further. In the I meantime there i.s no export demand, and fairly large lines of Danish offered at Is 2d per bushel, at a handy country station have failed to find purchasers.
