P. FERRIMAN. JOSEPH FOKD'S Scour & Lung Worm Mixture T^AEMEES ! If your sheep on the TurIT nips are not doing well, or if you have any Culls which you wish to see transformed into First-class bheep, one d 033 of Joseph Ford's Mixture, Given m accordance with the conditions sent out with every tin, will immediately Improve their condition, and ifc will be difficult to recognise the culls again two wests after drenching. Kead what Mr T. E. Upton, the well-known breeder of Shropshire*, has to say about Ford's MIXTUBB !— Es Joseph Ford's Scottr and Lung-Wnrm Mixture. Ashbnrton, 18th January, 1002. Mr P. Ferriman, Ashburton. Dear Sir, —Last season I drenched 450 of lay stud lambs with the above Drench. They had commenced to scour suddenly, and I had already lost ten by death. I drenched the whole lot once, and they commenced to improve right away. A week after drenching they were totally different sheep. The best proof I can give of the Drench is that I have this Beason drenched the whole of my fiock whether they showed signs of scour or not, as I consider it improves the tone and vigour of the sheep. I can confidently recommend anyone having culls or sheep that are not doing well to drench them with the above Mixture. Yours faithfully, (Signed) T. B. Upton. Be Jos®ph ford's Scour and Lung-Worm Mixture. Buocleuch Station, Mount Somers, March 14th, 1902. Mr F. Ferriman, Ashburton. Dear Sir,—For many years past I have heard good reports attending the use of the above Drench, but until this season I have not had occasion to put it to the practical test. Barly m the season my lambs were scouring badly and m some cases before the usual outward appearances of soour were apparent, some of the biggest and fattest of them had died. I obtained sufficient Mixture from you to drench 3000 lambs, and from the results obtained, I consider that it is impossible for me to epeak too highly of it. At a cost of about lid pei head to drench ithas been the means of saving many of my lambs, which were worth 12s 6d each. I am so satisfied with my experiment that 1 intend to use Joseph Ford's Mixture as often m I may have occasion to deal i. -with scour or a thriftless condition m my flock; and I can confidently recommend any farmer whose sheep or lambs are suffering from either of the above causes to use Ford's Mixture. He will be well paid for Ms outlay. Youra truly, (signed) E. Gates. It Is always advisable to drench Lambs with Joseph Ford's Mixture after weaning, although no signs of scour are apparent. F.
