The Chemists' Rota of Attendance Bill was introduced by Mr Fold wick, and read m third time. It empowers tbe Goveroor.ln. Council ho make regulations prescribing a rota of attendance for the chemists, under which it shall be obligatory thab the chemist appearing on rota shall in eaoh case have (ot attendance at his premises some dnly qualified chemist, who shall supply medical and surgical appliances at any hour on days gazetted and advertised. It shall not he necessary to have the shop open or lighted up if an accessible and effective bell is erected The Bill was read a third time on the voices, and passed * The Cornwall Park Duties Exemption, Opium Prohibition, and Charitable Insti.u' tions Rating Bills, were reported from Committee without amendment, read A third time and passed
