Arrest —A lad named William Macdonald Fraser was arrested by Constable Moore yesterday afternoon, on a charge of forging the signature of Mrs Rowse, Alford Forest, to a cheque for £18. He was broughb up at the Police Court this morning, when Sergeant Barlow asked for a remand till Friday which was granted.
