| TO TOE EDITOR. Sm,~ Permit me to relieve the minds of our kind friends in Ashburton who are writing in yoar paper aboub a new building going up here. Ir is, 1 believe, intended as a sanatorium, or home for inebriabes, the philanthropic promoters having learned that regular doaea of slieepa' biood h a oeitsin cure for the disease.
