ABHBURTON COUNTY COUNCIL. ~|CT OTICE is hereby given, In pursuance of ±\ the provisions of the Water Supply Act, 1891, and the Counties Act, 1886, that on Monday, the 27th day of March, 1899, a poll will be taken of the Ratepayers of the Ruapuua Subdivision No 2 of the AuhburtonRangitata Water Race District in respect of the proposal of the above Council to raise and borrow the sum of One Thousand Pounds (£1000) to be expended in the construction of water races, and other works for the supply of water to the said Subdivision, whereof public notice has already been given.
