London, June 16. Two hundred Indian troops have arrived for the Jubilee. Sydney, June 17. The Jubilee preparations proceed apace. The city was a brilliant spectacle to-night at the testing of the illuminations. All the public and most of the business places were ablaze with many colored patriotic and fanciful designs. A special issue of penny, twopenny, and twopencf-halfpenny Jubilee stamps has been made, the proceeds to go towards the Queen's Consumptive Hospital, Adelaide, June 18. The Queen's personal escort, when Bhe attends the thanksgiving service, will comprise a number of colonial troops. Canada, New South Wales, and Victoria will each supply an officer and eight men ; New Zealand, »n officer and four men; South Australia and the Crown colonie*, an officer and three men; Queensland and Cape Colony, an officer and two men.
