London, June 17 The colonial Premiers, as guests of the Empire Trade League, visited Manchester and inspected the ship canal In the oiurse of a speech Mr Kingston said the present political connection between England and the celonies was ample. The colonies however, expected England to acqept their produce in preference to foreign, and were prepared to accord reciprocal treatment. Bishop Moorhouse, of Manchester, joined in a cordial welcome to the Premiers, ard said he saw a splendid promise of a colonial commonwealth.
Mr Seddon proposes that the Premiers shall take joint action in regard to pushing the sale of colonial frozea meat in the provincial centres of Britain.
Sir H. Nelson is negotiating for a renewal of the amended agreement in respect to British New Guinea.
