The Totalisator Case.
Association— By Electric Telegraph. Wellington, May 1? In Pollock v Sanndera p,ncJ others, the Appeal Court held that there waa no statutory right in any member of the pijblip to enter any raoeoouvaa where a licensed totalisator was being naed, and the Club had not licensed plaintiff in this case to enter their course. He being a trespasser could acquire no right to remain, because he had pirn money on the totalisator. Judgment was therefore given for Feilding Racing Club, with coats on the lowest scale.
