A Turkish squadron captured eleven Greek vessels and brought them into the Dardanelles. Athens, May 14. It is reported that the Greek forces have captured the ruins of .Nikopolit, four miles north of Prevesa, and that they are now attacking the latter town by land and sea, < Received Wakapuaka, May 17, 950 a.m., Gtjabdian office, 10.30 ».m. Athens, May 16 An obstinate but indecisive hand to hand engagement between Greeks and Turks has occurred at Gribovo, near Arta. Of the Greeks 650 men were killed and 23 officers were wounded. Received Wakapuaka May 17, 10.45 a.m., Guardian Office 12 $0 p.m. Athens, May 16. Outpost fighting is progressing round Domoko. The bad state of the .road and the heavy rain are impeding the Turkish advance upon the town. Two thirds of the troops, ordered to re-embark for Crete, have returned to Athens.
