The Winton Murder Charges.

Inveucargill, June 19 The trial cf Minnie Dean was continued to day. The question of the admiasibiHty of the evidence of the murder of Eva Hornsby was brought up by Mr Hanlon for accused. Justice Williams said he had no doubt such evidence was admissible, but noted Mr EUnUm's objection tn order that ha might, if he ch^se, bring the matter under the notice of the Attorney General, as provided by subsection one of section 413, Ctiminal Code. The taking of evidence proceeded, and was practically finished, but it is possible that the Crown will read the evidence in connection with the skeleton of the chill found in the garden at the Larches. Nothing new waa elicited.
