Mr Cuthhertson for defendant. Evidence was gjiyen that O'Keefe had been in regular work, and he was ordered to pay half the amount and costs at once, and the balance in twp niQaths.—Jane Kutter 7 John PJark, £19 Icfs 6d, balance qt account fpr I board and lodging—Mr Cijthbertson for plaintiff.
