Graham's I score included one five, twelve fours, two throes, and nine twos. He received a great ovation on returning to the pavillion. The last three wickets only addel four to the score. The fielding of the Englishmen was very lax after Junch. (Received July 20, 11 a.m.) London, July 19. A.H England had losb eight wickets m their second innings for 234 runs when rain came on and put a stop to play. The match is abandoned, bhrewsbury increased his score to 81 and Cru.n?. fc o 77 Gregory was severely bruised by Mould when batting and was unable to field. Walter Giffen took his pjase. Gunn played a stylish innings but gave several chances and was eventually disposed of by a splendid catch. Shrewsbury was at the wicketa three and a halt hours for his runs.
