Wellington, Juno 19. The Address-in-Reply will be moved in the Lower House by Mr A. D. Willis, the newly elected member for Wanginui, and Sir .Robert Sfcout will probaWy second it. The Premier arrives here from Gisborne this evening. The Speakers of both branches of the Legislature still show a strong; disinclination to Ministers' proposals that, the services of Parliamentary officers eh^ll bo utilised during the recess. The Treasurer will deliver his Financial Statement; as Boon aa the Address-in-Btfply is disposed of. The Attorney-General pays a flying visit to England during the recass. Both Houses, afcer the transaction of formal business on Thursday, will adjourn to the following day or Tuesday next, out of respect to the memory of the lute Premier,
