London, October 13. A woman has been murdered m Glasgow under circumstances similar to the " Jack the Ripper " murders. Two sailors, named McEwan and McNeilly, have been arrested on the capital charge. Both men passed the night m tha woman's company. After his arrest McEwan attempted to commit suicide.
