THE LOYALTY OF CANADA.
Mr Howard Vincent, a member of the English House of Commons, who,has recently been over to Canada, declares that those favoring annexation to the United States have no hold m the Dominion, and that the majority of the meetings held throughout the co'jny were virtually unanimous m favor of the principles adopted by the Empire Trade League.
