(FROM OUR PA.RLIAMENTA.iI V CORRESPONDENT.) . Wellington .'July 2. The Government intend introducing a Bill providing that Supreme Court juries —not Judges—shall m future assess costs. They also intend that m cases of action against the Public Trust Office tho matter shall be referred to an arbitrator, who shall be a Supreme Court Judge.
