RESIGNATION OF THE VICTORIAN MINISTRY.
Melbourne, November 1
The Ministry has resigned, aiid Mr Munro, leader of tlie Opposition, has been summoned to form a new Government. Thirty-six members who voted with the late Government have resolved to form a united Opposition party, under the leadership of Messrs Gillies and Deakin.
