[rbuter's telegrams— copyright. ] FIRE ON A VESSEL. Melbourne, September 17. The barque Mary Blundell, 822 tons, which recently arrived from Hamburg, whilejunloadiag at the wharf near the Gasworks took fire at noon to-day, and is now (4 p.m.) still burning. Melbourne, September 18 The fire m the barque Blundell was extinguished last night, but it is believed the cargo, which is valued at ;£i6,000, isj entirely destroyed by fiie and water.
