Auckland, October 6 At a meeting of the Auckland Rsc ng Club the following rule was confirmed “ That with a view to promoting legitimate racing, and protecting the use of the totalisator, this o'nb resolves that no clob in the provincial district of Auckland shall receive a.lioense to hold race meetings under the tales of the c ub that does not give at least £3O in added money to each race advertised In its pro gramme.” Wellington, Cctobc r 6.
