HOOPER.—On the 23rd December, accidentally . killed, Allen Herbert, eldest and dearly loved son of R. R. Hooper, of Karakariki, Waikato, and srandson of Mr. E. Allen. Mount Albert, Auckland, aged 12 years and 7 months. Deeply regretted by all. HERBERT.—On the 25th December, 1878, at his parents' residence, Albert-street, Auckland, Charles Edward,' infant son of Henry and Anne Herbert, aged 3 months. WARBRICK—On the 25th December, at Tauranga, of inflamation of the lungs, .Alice, second daughter of Mr. A. Warbrick.
