Two exciting basket-ball matches were played last week between G.l. and G. 5. In both cases G. 5., profiting by extra practice, just managed to win. The games were fast, and a high standard of play was maintained throughout. For G. 1., Sgt. Teddy, Gunners Beet, Nixon and O’Hagan were outstanding. For G. 5.
