Airman 11l In Canada

The following casualty to the N.Z.E.F. overseas was announced, recently : —- Lance-Corporal John Alexander Bland, died of sickness, February- 5, 1941. Next-of-kin: Mrs. M. Bland, 39 Edinburgh Street. Spreydon, Christchurch. The following Air Force casualty was also announced: — Flying Officer Trevor Ernest Brammall, reported ill in Canada, but condition not serious. Flying Officer Brammall is a son of Flight Lieutenant E. 'J. Brammall, Royal New Zealand Air Force Station, Rongotai. He left New, Zealand in 1937 for entry into the Royal Air Force.
