HONORARY APPOINTMENTS TO THE KING.

The Governor-General, Lord Galway, has been informed by the private secretary to the King that His Majesty has been pleased to approve of the following appointments:—

Brigadier (temp.) F. T.Bowerbank, N.Z. Medical Corps, Director-General of Medical Services (Army and Air), to be appointed honorary physician to the King.

Colonel K. McCormick, N.Z. Medical Corps, Deputy-Director of Medical Services with the Secqjid N.Z. Expeditionary Force (Overseas), to be appointed honorary surgeon to the King.
