Missing On Air Operations
The following air casualties were announced at the weekend: —
Sergeant Colin Mackenzie Laird, R.N.Z.A.F., missing on air operations. Mother: Mrs. J. Laird, 15 Parkes Avenue. St. John’s Hill, Wanganui.
Pilot Officer Harry Wright Morgan, missing on air operations. Sister: Pilbrow, Oxford, North Catnerbury.
Sergeant Charles Hugh Leblanc Newbery, R.N.Z.A.F., missing on air operations. Father: Mr. Newbery, of 300 a Selwyn Street, Christchurch.
Sergeant Alfred Burnett Witton, R.N.Z.A.F., missing on air operations. Father: Mr. F. J. Witton, Kdpane, R.D., Palmerston North.
Pilot Officer Neville Halsey Andrew, missing on air operations. Mother: Mrs. E. A. Andrew, Eccleston. Wanga-
